Design Phase:
Come as you are – whether that is with a head full of ideas, or your hands full of blueprints.  If you are looking for a little inspiration, we have a wide selection of floor plans to consider and we can put your ideas – no matter how scattered – into motion.  Working hand-in-hand, our Design/Build approach will put together the pieces of your custom home design.

Selection Phase:
Often considered a highly personalized and exciting time in the home building process, the selection phase grants you freedom of expression in everything from flooring to fixtures, cabinets to countertops and beyond.  Our design staff is at your service, providing as much input as you need to customize your home.

Construction Phase:
Throughout each phase of construction, we will administer supervision over each subcontractor to ensure your specifications are met.  A representative will coordinate on-site meetings to help you understand each step of construction.  While you are welcome to visit the site at any time, these meetings will maximize your time and allow you a personal connection to your builder and the experience itself.

Closing & Moving Phase:
With construction coming to a close, preparations will begin for final closing and moving day.  With numerous meetings and decisions behind you, now you are free to enjoy the “fruits of your labor.”  Just as we were beside you through design, selection, and construction – we will continue to be with you long afterward – with one of the industry’s finest new home warranties.
